In-person or online orders for pickup at the Alameda Books Inc. (1344 Park St, Alameda, CA 94501)
Shop for books for yourself, kickstart your holiday shopping, enhance Alameda school libraries, raise money for Friends of the Library, and support a terrific local Alameda business. That’s a win-win-win-win-win situation!
The sale starts at 4 p.m. on November 7th. Wish lists from local schools will be available in the store. Any book you purchase for a school will be delivered directly to that school by a volunteer from FAL.
If you can’t come into the store, shop online anytime on November 7th and have the order delivered to the Alameda Books Inc. location for pickup. Note in the comment section “Order is part of Friends of the Library fundraiser” and FAL will get the credit for online sale.
