    Online Programming
    Starting in May, the Friends began to move some of its most popular programs - namely, art docent talks and author events - to an online format.

  • Online Summer Book Sale is Live!
    We are now selling used books through our Facebook page! Books must be reserved and purchased online, and then porch delivery can be arranged (for Alameda residents only).

    New books are posted every Mon-Thurs, so be sure to check out our page frequently!
  • Help the Friends of the Alameda Library Save Money!
    It costs $1.25 to print and mail each copy of our
    monthly newsletter. Money for printing all of the
    newsletters could go to library programs that FAL
    supports.

    If you receive the printed newsletter and can switch
    to the emailed version, please let us know by sending
    your email address to: info@alamedafriends.com.
